MediaEverywhere was Polar Mobile’s response to the ever growing number of connected devices and screen sizes. Leveraging the philosophy of responsive design an the technologies of HTML5, CSS3 and Javascript, I implemented a prototype which illustrated how a media brand could successfully reach their audience on any device, while still maintaining a best-in-class user experience and UI flexibility. This platform allowed the deployment of apps and websites across mobile, tablet and desktop resolutions, all from a single codebase.

Javascript was used to tailor the experience, allowing for touch-based interactions such as swipes and drags when available, and transforming to mouse-based click navigation on desktop devices.

The platform went on to power such brand as The Toronto Star, Skift, and The Hockey News.
